sideos is a SSI Service Provider serving the digital market with solutions for managing data. SSI stands for Self-Sovereign Identity which helps people and companies to gain more control over their data and simultaneously lifts the burden of managing privacy and compliance based on decentralized data technology. Our goal is to make this important technology extremely easy to use. Our decentralized data solutions re-invent the way people and organizations interact. To help us to approach the market the Business Development Manager should create and foster the relationship with the digital economy stakeholders.

  • Drive business growth and expansion according to the market approach strategy

  • Identifies the possible sales channels and undertakes all necessary activities to position the SSI line of products on the given market

  • Identify, prospect, and actively engage new clients using different communication channels and industry events

  • Strategically develops new business with new clients as well as existing clients with new products according to the defined yearly plans

  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client and stakeholder relationships

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, industry experts, local regulators, and executive sponsors

  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to maximize on the customer opportunities as well as create a relevant and value bringing customer proposition

  • Works together with the Marketing Communications team to establish and further progress the local visibility of the company

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepares and maintains an account plan, budget and forecasts per customer/territory and delivers key metric reports

  • Strong sales and business development background centered preferably on SaaS and/or technologies from the wider Blockchain/Identity solutions ecosystem

  • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions quickly with regular alignments with the management and driving projects to completion, often in an ambiguous environment

  • Strong track record in direct field sales, business development and working with complex accounts

  • Good knowledge and understanding of the Identity/Blockchain/SaaS/Digitalization ecosystem

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences

  • Superb verbal and written communications skills in English

  • The role foresees 50% travel

  • BA/BS degree
