Sideos is an SSI Service Provider serving the digital market with solutions for managing identity data. SSI stands for Self-Sovereign Identity which helps people and companies to gain more control over their data and simultaneously lifts the burden of managing privacy and compliance based on decentralised data technology. Our goal is to make this important technology extremely easy to use. Our decentralised identity solutions reinvent the way people and organisations interact.

Sideos is seeking a Marketing Manager to be an integral member of our team. You will play a key role in informing, persuading, and influencing marketing and business day-to-day tasks.

You are curious and ready to jump in, help build tools, content, campaigns, dashboards, and workflows, and dig into analytics to help us meet our business goals. You will be our subject matter expert, analysing and reporting on data across multiple platforms including, but not limited to SEO, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and social media to promote subscriptions, events, and general brand awareness

  • Create monthly house ads by writing copy and working with our in-house design staff

  • Assist in the development of annual media kit and other marketing and sales materials

  • Develop and manage media partnerships with outside media companies

  • Manage the relationship with outside PR or Marketing Firms

  • Work with our Hubspot consultant in the management and execution of promotional email campaigns including automated workflows

  • Develop and manage subscription partnerships with nonprofits, associations, and other membership organisations

  • Assist with marketing department special projects, events, research, and other administrative duties as needed

  • Design and manage efficient tools, workflows, and processes that support sales and marketing teams

  • Manage sales and marketing data; monitor data quality, partner with teams to identify issues and improve data

  • Provide regular campaign reporting and analysis and detail areas of opportunity to enhance performance against campaign/program objectives

  • Develop performance indicators and benchmarks, communicate trends and analyse unexpected variances

  • Drive and manage SEO execution and analytics

Qualifications:
  • Previous marketing and digital experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of social media, online display advertising, email marketing, print advertising, and website/landing page best practices

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • High competency with MS office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and/or Google Programs

  • High competency with email campaigns tools
